How to Join

Click on the join  link. By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.

Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in group purchases, auctions and other discount events.

JOIN PROCESS
If you see the upper-right part of our website, you can see the ‘ join ’ button. When you click it, you can see the sign up page.
You need to fill in the blanks, and this will be used in your shipping process, so please write it carefully.
1. Create your user ID
You can put any ID you want, but only lower-case letters and numbers are available. (no capital letters, special characters)
2. Create your password
You password is case-sensitive.
3. Et cetera
Make sure you are careful that you do not miss any details when you put your address information. When you are finished, please agree with our agreements, and click the ‘join’ button below! That will be the end of the sign up process.

How to order

ORDER Process
After logging in, click the item(s) you want, choose the option, and put the item(s) in the cart by clicking the 'ADD TO CART' button.
After putting all the items in the cart, click 'Buy all now'.
In the order page, you can see Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Order details sections.
▷ Billing Information
It is same information you put in the registration page. Just confirm that it is correct.
▷ Shipping Information
To make the process much faster, if you want to ship your item to the billing address, just check ‘YES’ to the question, ‘Is your shipping address the same as the billing address?’. But if you want to ship your order to a different address, type in the recipient's address information in the blanks. When you finish filling out the shipping information, your shipping fee is calculated based on your country.
After putting your shipping information correctly,  you can leave a message in "Comments on shipping" if you have any comments about shipping.
Also, if you want an invoice for your order, leave a request comment in "Comments on shipping" and we will send it to you.
▷ Order details
There are 2 payment options, paypal/credit card via paypal and wire transfer.
If you choose paypal/credit card via paypal option, check your grand total and click the ‘make payment’ button. You will see a pop-up from the paypal website. You can login with your paypal ID and password, and directly pay from paypal.
If you choose the wire transfer option, click the ‘make payment’ button and you will see the a pop-up for deposit transfer. Please check your grand total, put your name, (needs to be the same as bank holder’s name) choose the bank, and confirm.

    1. Economy shipping (Small Air Packet) : 15-35 business days (Partial Tracking Available)
       Only available under 2kg and if it's 2kg~4kg, we devide them into two separate boxes and ship them separately.
       Although you choose this option, when your order is over 4kg, it will automatically calculated to EMS shipping fee and send via Expedited shipping.
    2. Expedited shipping (FedEx/EMS)  : 3-9 business days (Full Tracking Available)
       EMS : Asia(Taiwan, China, Hongkong, Japan etc) Canada, Russian Federation, Brazil
       FedEx : USA, Most of European Countries
       FedEx shipping rates are higher than those of EMS, however, we will cover the difference if we ship via FedEx

     * Shipping fee will be calculated by destinations and weights of products.
     * Air Small packet delivery may take longer for some parts of Europe, South America, Russia, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Africa.
     * Usually 1~2 business days for handling and preparing. If your order is delayed for over 5 business days, We will send your parcel through EMS/FedEx free of charge.
     * You can check your shipping status in the 'order info' menu. Tracking information may be available 1~2 business days after shipment is sent from South Korea.
     * We will mark all our shipments as a gift/sample and Low value for low taxes.
        Though Most of the packages will not be charged for customs border taxes. However, custom tax is the buyer's responsibility.
     * If the delivery is returned because of the customer's absence, he should pay for the return fee.       

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can simply return the item and get a refund.
Items need to be returned within 14 days since you receive the parcel and should be in original condition.
We will issue a refund excluding the shipping fee. But if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give a full refund. All delivery fees related to refunds/exchanges should be paid by the buyer.

Size notification

- Please note that we are from an Asian country, so the sizes run smaller than normal US/Euro sizes.
- There might be a slight difference in measurement depending on how one measures(1cm~3cm).
- We highly recommend our customers to carefully check the size table and compare it with your own clothes for accurate sizing guide.
- Color might be different depending on the monitor's specification.

Other

Reward points Policy

Reward points occurring from purchase will be available 1day after the shipment. During these 1day the Reward points are classified as Pending. Pending store credits are credits from incomplete orders in case there are order cancellations or returns.
Valid Reward points (total points - used points - pending points) are eligible for immediate use.

Condition of Reward points use
The customer may pay by store credit when the Reward points balance within the account is $1.00 USD points or more. The maximum points the customer can use per purchase is $10,000.00 USD of the total purchase amount.

Condition of points lapse
Reward points that occurred from cancelled or returned order are to lapse. In case of account closing, the Reward points within the account are to lapse. Reward points are to lapse in case that no points are used for two years or longer.
