Hello,

 

We are sorry to hear that the studs were dropped.

We are always try our best to satisfy our customers.

Thus, We decided to send you a new pair of sunglasses again.

As for the default sunglasses,you can keep it.

As for the package methods, this time, we will put the sunglasses in a polybag, then with the bubble wrap, then put it in a box.

 

Hope you can still shop from us in the future.

what it is where you have wrapped the glasses in bubble wrap they got caught underneath it has pulled off some of the studs in delivery maybe moving about in the box.

I am not sure if you do the glasses with whole piece or single pieces but maybe you could just send me the missing studs

4 in total and I could glue them on myself if that is at all possible.

Or if you cant I will send you them back and you send me a different paid not wrapped in bubble wrap.

I will try and send you pix in the morning now.
