When we deliver your order, then system will send email to inform you that your order has been shipped.

We do not deliver your order yet when you just received first email of that we accept your order.

We deliver your order when you received second email of that we shipped your order.

So we hope you leave right email address when you join in our website. Anyone who has registered in our website, would you check your email address at your easy time? If there is any mistake, please modify it which will help us inform you detail information of receiving order time, shipping time and tracking number.

We cannot control your parcel when we shipped your order, so if you want to know your delivery information, you may track your parcel according to your tracking number in the local EMS website or FedEx website.
